I recently sold my family’s land to St Edmunds Developments Ltd and I can honestly say it was a great decision. Initially, I was hesitant about selling land that was so close to my own house, but after meeting with St Edmunds (especially Greg!) I felt reassured that I was doing the right thing.
From the start, they were professional, transparent, and respectful of my concerns.
The planning process was not straightforward, however, through persistence and patience, they achieved what we had hoped for.
Not only did I receive a great price, but I also felt good knowing that the houses would blend into the surroundings. I’m excited to see how the development unfolds.
